Return Policy

DE-OCEAN INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
  • The company guarantees products that have been sold to members and returned within a period of one (1) months which is equivalent to 30 days after the purchase date, will be repaid by the company an equivalent of 90% of the purchase price. A charge of 10% will be charged for operating costs and management costs.
  • Refund (product return) will not be done by the company in the event of damage to the product due to negligence / negligence of members and customers.
  • Refund will be done after the distributor completes the claim form along with an inspection of the returned product, found to be in good and/or perfect condition, has not expired, and is still in good condition in terms of product content and packaging.
  • The Company will investigate your refund claim within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your claim submission. If your claim is approved the refund shall be via the original payment method.
  • Refund shall be via the original payment method means if customers are paying using credit card , then it will refund back via credit card. If customers are using TNG e-Wallets to pay then it will refund back to their TNG e-Wallets account.
